Koda Nature

I’m currently a university student looking for a quiet and settled neighborhood to rent in. My schedule is pretty predictable I work graveyard shift and attend classes during the day. I am preferably seeking rental with female only renters, however, am open to mixed gender rental. I am naturally introvert, open minded, and relaxed. Overall house cleanliness is important and consideration of roommates when inviting guest over.
