- Simple, quiet, clean, down to earth disabled veteran seeking new place to call home. I dont drink, Iām 420 friendly but dont smoke, LGBTQ+ friendly but asexual. I clean up after myself, keep to myself when I can, dont stir up trouble and I pay my rent on time.
Place Iām seeking;
- Mature, drama free residency with practical expectations. Preferably a place seeking a long term to perminant tenant (12+mo-perm.) that would like someone quiet and drama free that cleans and is easy to communicate with.
What I can afford;
- Because of my perminant disability income, I am on a fixed budget and cannot afford more than $750 a month rent with utilities included. Or I can pay up to $600 a month and my fair share of the utilities.
What I can provide;
