Hi! My name is Andrew. I’m a full-time Computer Science student at CSUMB and I work full-time at a golf course , so my schedule keeps me busy and out of the house for most of the day.
I’m a quiet tenant, no loud hobbies or frequent guests, no vices as well. I also keep my energy usage very low and can provide PG&E usage reports to back that up.
