I’m looking for a month-to-month arrangement in the Twin Cities starting around July 8th while I attend North American Flight Control. I estimate my stay will be in the 2–6 month range as I transition into my career afterward. To make things easy and demonstrate my reliability, I’m happy to pay first and last month’s rent up front. I would like to have a written agreement in place prior to moving in to ensure everything is clear and professional for both parties.

I’m a quiet, independent person who values a peaceful and clean indoor environment. I don’t smoke or drink, and I stay busy with a 7am–5pm M-F school schedule. When I’m not in class, I spend my time at the gym or local 3rd spaces. Reliable internet is a priority for me, as I need a stable connection for my studies and projects.

I have my own car, so having a driveway spot or easily accessible street parking is a huge plus. I don’t host guests or family and I’m very respectful of shared spaces. I’m also pet-friendly! I’m happy to live with kind animals, though I’m definitely more of a cat person than a dog person.
