Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room to move into around June 8th (my current lease ends June 22nd). I work in Real Estate and Sales and am currently looking to settle down to save and invest as much as possible with the goal of retiring my parents.

About My Lifestyle:

Quiet & Focused: I work from home 16–20 hours a day on my computer. I don’t watch TV, play video games, or play loud music. I’m essentially a “ghost” roommate who stays productive.

Low Impact: I follow a Carnivore/OMAD (one meal a day) lifestyle, which means I’m rarely in the kitchen and leave zero mess.

Military Clean: I vacuum my room and deep-clean my bathroom at least once a week. I value a tidy, organized home.

Family-Oriented & Tolerant: I grew up in a full house with a mother, father, three sisters, and a little brother. I love them all dearly and have learned exactly how to be a respectful, patient, and helpful member of any household dynamic.

Sober & Respectful: I am drug-free, alcohol-free, and a non-smoker. I don’t mind if you indulge; I just don’t partake myself.

What I Bring to the Table (The “Handyman” Asset): I am very mechanically and tech-inclined. I can fix most home appliances and handle tech troubleshooting. I am more than happy to take the lead on yard work, landscaping, and home repairs, assuming this can reasonably reflect in the monthly rent. You save on contractors; I save for my family.

Preferences (Flexible):

Location: Ideally a house. While a backyard or garage is preferred, they are not dealbreakers!

Pets: I have no pets but love dogs and cats. I’m happy to help with feeding or walks if you have them.

Connectivity: WiFi is preferred, but I have my own unlimited hotspot, so it’s not a requirement.
