Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent in the Orange, Fullerton, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Irvine area. I work full-time in Irvine and split my schedule between the office and home.

I have one ca who is very well behaved. She’s 8 years old, litter-box trained and does not scratch furniture or cause any damage.

Ideally I’d like a private bathroom, and private entrance would be a major plus. I’m 46 years old, low-key, and looking for a calm living environment. I don’t smoke and I only drink socially.

My budget is up to $1550 per month and it would be ideal if the utilities were included. I’ll also need reliable high speed internet for the days I would be working from home.
