Tim Risdall & Jeff

We are interested to find one or two more roommates to get a house in the Encinitas or Carlsbad area. We both are in the construction industry and work out of the house. I have a cat that is a big sweetheart. We both enjoy being outside and enjoying what San Diego has to offer. Jeff loves to fish and E-bike. I like to hike and be outside golfing and surfing. We are laid back and appreciate a mellow vibe. We prefer the common areas in the house to be clean for everyone. Hoping to meet people who are interested to find a great spot together.
