There’s a possibility that my landlord will be selling our apartment soon so I just want to be prepared and see if there’s anybody local that is looking for a roommate/or a room to rent/or a house sharing situation. I would prefer non-smoker and no animals. I am 420 friendly and I don’t care if you’re gay or straight, as long as you’re honest and don’t steal from me and are you able to compromise to make living together the easiest for both of us, I’m definitely easy to live with, I really don’t ask for much, don’t really care much about your age as long as you keep up after yourself and have a stable job or income. My living space is 99% always clean. That’s where I find my peace. I don’t really know what’s going on with the landlord, but he’s already been asking if anyone’s interested in buying the property so I just want to be prepared. It could happen anytime from a month to three months from now. I do have a teenager that I see often. Thanks for reading.
