I am a 67 year old man who is currently bed bound awaiting knee and hip surgery. I need an unfinished room on ground level where I can place my hospital bed. I have all faculties and capabilities accept the current ability to walk. I do have a home health aide who assists for 6 hours per day me with small chores, (laundry, meals, etc.) I am amazingly quiet and need a room. I will be no problem and would love to hear from someone who is looking for a tenant on a short term basis. Thank you.
