I’m a 36-year-old professional working full time in the veterinary field. I work 4 days a week on a rotating schedule that includes some weekends. I’m planning a move around June, but this is a very flexible timetable. I am looking for a stable, respectful home with other mature adults. I’m looking at a budget between $750 and $1,000.

I value a generally calm and considerate environment, but I’d love a social mix like trivia nights or low-key board games once in a while. I’m not looking for a “party house,” but I do enjoy a home that feels friendly and alive.

Interests: Big fan of board/card/video games and local trivia nights. I play guitar and am learning keyboard (I almost exclusively use headphones). I like reading and am part of a sci-fi book club at the library. I try to stay active depending on schedule, but nothing that takes up extra room.

I don’t currently have pets, but I am very pet-friendly (vet professional perks!) and would be happy in a household with animals.

Living Habits: Common Areas: Respectful and clean; I keep shared spaces functional and tidy.

Kitchen: I’m a capable but low-stress cook (I can follow a recipe and make the staples like chicken parm). I would have no problem doing shared meals/splitting groceries or keeping everything individual.
