Hi, I’m Mason

I’m moving to Montrose for a full-time job with the Montrose Recreation District in youth programs. My official start date is March 30, but I’m hoping to move a bit earlier if I find the right place.

I’m in my mid-30s and looking for a room or a roommate to team up with on a rental. Budget is about $800–$1,000/month. I’ve spent the last seven years in a very small town in southern Utah, so I’m used to small-town life and being involved in the community.

Personality-wise, I’m pretty chill and past the wild house-party stage, but I’m not looking for a totally silent house either. I’m a big home cook (I clean as I go) and used to host dinner nights with friends, so I’m always happy to share food with housemates. I’m low-maintenance, value clear communication, and I’m respectful and clean in shared spaces.

Ideally, I’d live with other working adults/young professionals who are down to hit a trail or grab a beer sometimes but also have their own routines. I can provide references and proof of employment.
