Hello! We are two responsible working professionals searching for a room to rent with a budget of $1,300 or under. We are very clean, quiet, and highly respectful of shared spaces and other people’s privacy. We both work full-time (mostly 9-5, plus some weekends), so we tend to keep things pretty low-key when we are home. We have a well-behaved, fully vetted, and neutered indoor cat named Leo.
