Hello! My name is Kristin and I’m looking to rent a room with a private bathroom. I work remotely from home, get up fairly early and spend most of my time working on my laptop or on a call. I’m very respectful of shared spaces, keep things clean, and live a pretty calm, low-key lifestyle.

I also have a small, very quiet dog who is well behaved and spends most the day sleeping while I work. She is friendly, sweet and easy-going. She barks maybe 1-2 times a month, yes read that again. She rarely barks.

Ideally I’m looking for a comfortable space where I can have my own bedroom and bathroom and maintain a peaceful living environment. I’m responsible, dependable, and happy to provide references if needed.
