Hi, I’m Jerman. I’m relocating back to Columbus from Akron and looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful place to live. I work full-time, keep a structured routine, and live pretty low-key. I’m easy to get along with, respectful of shared spaces, and believe in clear communication and boundaries.
