I’m a working professional moving to the Bradenton / Lakewood Ranch area for a full-time role near Saint Stephen’s. I’m looking to team up with someone to lease a 2B2B apartment (Aria or similar communities) and finalize something soon. I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep a pretty structured routine during the week and prefer a calm, comfortable home environment. Easygoing overall and good with communication. Looking for someone who is also a working professional, clean, and responsible with rent and shared responsibilities. Ideally someone with a similar lifestyle. Budget-wise, I’m aiming around $800–1000 per person depending on the apartment. Open to touring places together and signing a lease in the next couple of weeks
