I’m a 59 year old mature, responsible and respectful gentleman who spends 5-6 days a week working from 7:00am to roughly 7:00pm. I have 19 years with my current employer, excellent credit score and no criminal background. I have no pets, don’t smoke, vape or use elicit drugs and might only have a drink or two a few times a year during special occasions.

When I’m not at work I’m usually catching up with normal day-day responsibilities like cleaning, paying bills, doing laundry and enjoying some relaxation time watching TV. I don’t have visitors as I tend to mostly go and visit family specially my grandchildren.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean and most important safe home and neighborhood to call home for several months and possibly even longer. My move-in date is very very flexible as I am currently residing with a family member.
