My boyfriend and I are two respectful, easygoing students currently finishing school in Fort Collins and looking for a calm, stable place to live. He is a veteran studying as a Pre-Physician Assistant, and I am studying English. We’re both pretty focused on school and building toward our careers, so we tend to live a fairly quiet and responsible lifestyle.

We really value a clean and peaceful home environment and are very mindful about shared spaces and other people’s schedules. We’re friendly and easy to get along with, but we also respect privacy and personal space.

We have one very mellow indoor cat who is well-behaved and litter trained. Keeping a tidy and comfortable home is important to us, and we always make sure shared spaces stay clean for everyone.
