Hi, I’m a working professional in my late 20s looking for a clean, well-maintained living situation near Virginia Beach (Town Center or within ~15–20 minutes of Norfolk). I work a consistent 9–6 schedule and value a quiet, organized, and respectful home environment. I’m very clean, keep shared spaces tidy, and am mindful of others’ time and routines. I don’t smoke and don’t have pets.

I’m ideally looking for a roommate who is also a working professional, clean, responsible, and easy to communicate with.

Open to either joining an existing place or teaming up to find a 2/3 bed apartment. A private room is a must, and a private bathroom would be preferred.

Outside of work, I stay active (big into pickleball), try new food spots, and keep a fairly balanced lifestyle. I do drink socially.

Move-in around April 20. Budget is flexible depending on the place and setup.
