I’m looking for a place for myself and my 10-year-old son who stays with me for a week every other week. I’m a single father of three. Two of them are grown and my 10-year-old son is my mini me he stays with me every other week for a week. The two of us are looking for a temporary shared home or living space. Someone who’s renting a basement or a large enough space for two beds. The two of us respect other people’s space because we look for the same, someone who will respect our space as well. We’re clean, respectful, quiet but also sociable. We would prefer not to feel like we are confined to our room. I do work a lot when I don’t have my son would most often be home to sleep and maybe eat one meal. I don’t smoke or drink or do drugs. I don’t need for much I’m just looking for a short-term living environment that’s healthy for my son, well I look for a more long-term home for the two of us. I’m 49 so I do have a pass but nothing that affects my present or my future. I’m not rich and I’m not poor. I have healthy relationships with my kids other parent so I don’t have any drama to offer. I manage and care for a townhome community I remodel homes and I’m starting a small business. I enjoy helping especially someone who’s providing or assisting me in providing a home for my son so if there’s anything you need done around your home I can definitely save you money and the headache of finding someone to do the work. Taking all of this into consideration personally believe that my son and I would be good roommates for just about anyone who lives by the same morals and standards who can tolerate a 10 year old child
