Baxter

Hi, my name is Baxter. I work in Westlake Village and I’m currently a student at Moorpark College studying film. My schedule is usually a mix of work, school, and creative projects, so I tend to keep things pretty balanced and quiet at home. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing to live with. I’m looking for a comfortable place with good people and a positive living environment. Ideally I’m hoping for something longer term since I plan to stay in the area while finishing school and potentially transferring to CLU afterward.
