I am going to be a freshly 16 year old who is getting an emancipation due to complicated family reasons. I know not many people would be willing to rent out to me due to my age but I am very mature. I have been very independent my whole life and know how to take care of things and myself. I will pay rent on time, keep things clean and do whatever else it takes to have a roof over my head. I am applying to jobs and waiting for responses and I will continue going to school and eventually learn to drive which hasn’t happened yet due to family complications. I get along with pretty much anyone and everyone and I am very kind to others. I am hoping to find a place with kind people!!
