Hi! My name is Jin. I work full-time and keep a pretty structured routine during the week. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I usually keep things quiet at home and spend most of my time working, studying, or relaxing.

I’m responsible with rent and bills and I value a comfortable and drama-free living environment. I’m looking for a place where everyone respects each other’s space and keeps the common areas tidy.

I’m friendly and easygoing but also respectful of privacy. I think communication and keeping the place clean makes living together much easier for everyone.
