Hey! I’m Dillon — 22, just graduated from Morehouse College and starting a new job in DC in AUGUST 2026. Originally from Atlanta, so the city energy feels right at home.

Looking for someone around my age (21–26) to split a townhouse or a solid 2BR near U Street, H Street, or somewhere close to downtown. I work a normal 9–5, keep my space clean, and I’m pretty social — I’ll have people over every now and then. I’m down to explore the city, grab food, or just chill at the crib.

What I’m looking for in a roommate: • Around the same age and working/professional • Keeps common areas clean • Communicates well • Cool with guests occasionally

Budget is around $1,400–1,600/month for my share. Move-in date is flexible around June/July 2025.
