Hello I am Hya for short and I’m a respectful, positive, and responsible professional. I appreciate a positive environment ,peaceful and comfortable home environment where everyone feels relaxed and respected. I don’t mind other busy professionals can be quiet but also can accept positive high energy as well as long as it’s not around too much profanity and respect boundaries and neighbors.

I value cleanliness, communication, and consideration for shared spaces. In my free time I enjoy staying active, walking, exploring places to eat dance to appreciate arts and culture, shopping, working on personal and business development projects, listening to music and streaming videos, and connecting with good people.

I’m generally quiet, but also a talker and like to listen to music, audibles or other streaming videos and sometimes maybe sing, not a heavy partier, but enjoy going to big events so I’ll come home all types of times from travel or commuting , and I like maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I value healthy boundaries, growth mindset, spirituality and emotional intelligence. I sometimes bake and do light cooking with air fryer oven or instant pot, and gas stove . .

What I’m Looking For: I’m hoping to find a safe, clean, and positive living environment with people who are respectful and responsible. Ideally roommates who are professionals, students, or individuals who appreciate a calm and drama-free home.

I do like or would like to create a place as well where every once in a while to just get togethers or short stays for business networking or women empowerment or other business socials or with friends for special occasions which could be simply to eat or play board games or just to find peace and quiet from other life and work distractions and be closer to the beach areas. Have more time to chill or reset and recharge and goof be from music or maybe even mini workshops which of course would be limited in number as accommodations are limited and would consider noise control and other safety as this area has no elevators.

I’m open to living with a Couple or can be single mom and small child or women who value privacy, cleanliness, and kindness toward one another with my own private bedroom and bathroom , preferably a guesthouse or ADU. A household where everyone communicates well and respects shared spaces would be ideal.
