Hello… I’m a retired 74 year with a property at the Oregon coast. I’m from Hawaii originally, but have lived in Oregon since 1968. I enjoy the Eugene area and would like to spend some months off and on in town. I will only be needing some days of the week in Eugene, and will be driving back and forth from my property at the coast, so my time in Eugene will be low-impact. I also would consider swapping/trading time in Eugene for stays at an empty apt. I have at my duplex in Coos Bay - for people that would like some time at the coast..I basically need a place in Eugene to lay my head for 3 to 4 nights a week.. I’m easy-going, quiet, respectful and can pass any background check. I would love to find a small household with people my age in particular but I’m not prejudiced against younger folks (perhaps it’s the other way around!) Just curious about the area since I haven’t lived in Eugene since I graduated from the U. of O. in 1973. Tim
