I believe I would be a great fit because I was raised to keep my area clean and organized while knowing how to respect everyone until given reason not to. I am a full time employee and student so most of daytime I will be gone. I keep good hygiene and I don’t cook anything extraordinary that would leave a smell for days at a time. I’ve lived in Boston in a similar circumstance (renting a room) so I’m familiar with sharing a space and how to avoid conflicts.
