50s, Separaing, quiet (would like similarly quiet situation but easy going and flexible.) Love a beer or glass of wine but actually very rarely drink and choose coffee /tea!!! I work nights. Just need a relaxed place to live and “pull it together” :-). Adult children (in college, just graduated) who might visit on occasion. 16 year old son who I’d like to have visit but I can hang with him at his Dads. Nothing structured. He’s an athlete, great student .. never any trouble . I just need a private space to figure things out and will be respectful , neat (mostly 😉)
