I am a full time night employee who is empty nester going to school full time and I am looking to rent a unfurnished room, preferred with my own bath so I can start to save some money so that when I am done with school I have more options. I do have one cat, adult aged. She is used to living and staying in one bedroom of the house. She does not scratch or chew on anything. She is well maintained and chill like her mama. I am laid back, I do not party, do not drink or smoke. I work nights and sleep during the day, except for days when I am at school.
