Hi! I’m looking for a woman roommate to find a 2-bedroom apartment in Vancouver. My move-in timeline is ASAP since my current lease ends on June 13, so I’m actively touring places and hoping to get something lined up soon.

I work full-time and spend most of my day around people, so I’m usually a mix of social and homebody depending on the day. I’m clean, respectful, and pretty easygoing.

My biggest priorities are good communication, shared responsibility, and a drama-free living situation. I don’t care if we’re best friends or mostly do our own thing, as long as we’re considerate of each other and can communicate openly when something comes up.

I’m LGBTQIA+, in a relationship (with a man ew I know), and completely fine with occasional guests and overnights with a heads-up.

I’m hoping to find someone who is financially stable, ready to move within the next few weeks, and interested in creating a comfortable home together rather than just splitting rent.
