Hi! I’m Fernando, a bilingual teacher (English/Spanish) who splits time between Argentina and the U.S., and I’ll be working in Michigan this summer. I’m clean, organized, and very respectful of shared spaces. As a teacher, I naturally keep a structured routine during the week, so I’m usually up early, working during the day, and pretty calm at night.

I’m easygoing, friendly, and communicative. I really value a peaceful, drama-free home where everyone feels comfortable. I enjoy cooking (and I’m happy to share!), going for walks, listening to music, reading, and occasionally having a relaxed glass of wine. I’m social but not a partier — I appreciate balance.

Financially responsible, reliable with rent and bills, and mindful about noise and cleanliness. I’m looking for a place where mutual respect, kindness, and good vibes are important.
