My name is Brett, I’m looking to rent a 3 bedroom house with 2 other people in the Natomas area. The price range for the house would be 2500 to 2700 per month split amongst the 3 of us.

I have a dog who is house trained and a cat who’s older.

I work as a supervisor for a beer distribution company and cover most of northern California so I will be traveling often. I will make arrangements for pet care during those times.

In my spare time I will most likely spend 80% of my time in my room or at the gym. I would like the master bedroom as I just spent 8 years living alone and grew accustomed with my own space. I am not a neat freak, but I’m not dirty either. In the few moments I spend in common areas I will clean up after myself and keep any of my clutter to my own area.
