Hi! My name is Mayte and I’m currently living in Spain. I’m planning to move to the Houston / Pasadena area and I’m looking for a private room for at least 3 months.

My budget is between $550 and $650 per month.

I’m a calm, respectful and clean person. I enjoy a quiet and peaceful home environment. I like cooking and I always clean and keep shared spaces tidy after using them.

Sometimes I talk on the phone with my family and friends since they live far away, but I’m generally a quiet person.

My English is basic, but I try my best to understand and communicate. My main language is Spanish.

I’m looking for a furnished room if possible, with utilities included. I would also like to know if it would be okay if my boyfriend visits occasionally and stays overnight sometimes.
