My work schedule keeps me busy and out of the house 5 days a week. I’m a pretty easy going guy who respects personal space and likes to keep a tidy, organized, and relaxed home to unwind in after work.

The Space & Cost: You will get have your own private bedroom, full bathroom, and closet space, so you will have plenty of space.

Base rent is $784.50/month, plus half of the utilities.

Timeline: Looking for someone to move in July 1st, but I can be flexible if you need to move in earlier.
