I have two kiddos. Wild kids but we all quiet at night. My son has ADHD. And I, his momma do too. My partner is Cannabis Friendly I don’t do it myself. He wouldn’t do it in the house. No drugs wanted around us. If anything Cannabis. We are down to earth people. And don’t want any conflict. Just make friends. Who won’t kick us out just because they not happy with the agreement. Looking for enough privacy and shared space. For we are looking for a place. However, our time is up at the shelter and can’t afford a hotel. We dont judge, we don’t want people to judge us. Or my parenting style. If you have kids great. Ill baby sit, sometimes but not every night. I have a car. So I won’t ask for yours. I’m nice peoples, so is my best friend who’s my baby daddy. We can share chores list and food. Unless that’s not cool then we’ll figure out a system. I’m open minded and we all like to be silly and cook and or just watch movies. My kids like to be rambunctious. Whatever your rules we’ll abide. Just give em and you got it. I priced my affordability so we can save up. I’m just afraid we won’t be accepted into a low income apartment in time. I have a good record and we wanna live in peace is all. It’s rare to find good roomates but i have. Can’t wait to meet y’all.
