Potentially looking for a roommate. I have to let my complex know if I’m renewing by April for for a lease ending June 25 (still confirming dates but approximately then). Options are either sign a new lease with someone here (2 br 2b at Hunters Chase in Marlton) or leave and find a roommate with an established place. Lease here would be approximately $1200 (that is the split amount) plus utilities (split). If I’m sharing a room elsewhere I would like to spend less. Just wanted to set up an account to begin the process.
