Looking to rent 1 large bedroom or 2 bedrooms – Novi area

I’m looking for a temporary place in Novi. I am moving for work and will need to gather pay stubs in order to rent my own place. I’m thinking about a month but can do slightly longer if needed. I am starting work 06/04/2026 but have secondary income as well.

About me: I work full time and keep a quiet, respectful home environment. I’m reliable, easy to get along with, and take paying rent seriously. I don’t date or party.

What I’m looking for: • One large bedroom OR two bedrooms • Budget: $1400 per month • Access to kitchen needed 

Important: • It would be for myself and my 16-year-old daughter, so I’m looking for a family-friendly environment • I have two small, well-behaved dogs (18 lb Cavalier King Charles and 23 lb mini Goldendoodle), so must be pet-friendly • I prefer a calm, drama-free home (not a party environment)

Open to: • Renting part of a house • Finished basement  • In-law suite • Shared housing with the right setup

Looking for a respectful and stable living situation. I’m happy to provide proof of income and references.
