Just browsing alternatives regarding room for rent as the existing space I am sharing will be listed on the market within the next couple of weeks.

I work often full-time and there are stints of time where I may travel for a weekend or two. I am a Seattle local. I like to cook, watch sports, or bed rot from being tired - so, that means I will likely been in my room listening to music and scrolling or, catching up with my family on FaceTime.

I like a clean space although, I do not want to live with anyone who is passive aggressive because I am pretty transparent and straight forward. I value privacy and people with good hygiene.
