Hullo! I’m an early 20s neurodivergent queer (any pronouns) looking for affordable housing and 1 or more roommates to live with starting in May 2026! My priorities are finding people I genuinely enjoy living with and saving on living expenses.

I work minimum wage and expect to only be guaranteed to earn up to $1k (give or take) a month, the maximum rent I am willing to pay is $800/month or less AFTER split (the cheaper the better of course, even 800/month is a LOT for me).

I’m open to any neighborhood as long as it is accessible for people who travel primarily by walking/biking! I do not have a car so I cannot be living on a highway or otherwise too far from the city. Size of the space doesn’t matter as long as I can fit all my stuff lol.

A little about me: introverted, art school grad, no allergies, ok with all pets, alcohol and 420 friendly. I prefer a quiet and tidy space. If you’re like me and you enjoy art, books, film, animation, music, video games, nature, animals, horror, witchcraft, or 420- then we’ll probably get along great!

Building preferences (but not dealbreakers): central air, utilities covered by rent, electric stove, dishwashing machine in unit, laundry machines in unit, gym in building

Dealbreakers: building in bad condition (esp. bad plumbing), I don’t want to share a bedroom with anyone, I’m not ok with indoor smoking

I’m only comfortable living with women or nonbinary folks please!

Since I am planning a few months in advance, I’d like to plans tours and compare options way ahead of time, and want to stay in regular contact with any/all potential roommates about apartment search progress, preferences, and updates!

I have lived in Asheville before, so I am familiar with the city. I am moving back TO Asheville from out of state though, so most communication will have to be digital.
