hello :) i’m ethan, a trans guy looking for a place ideally near Jersey City in the coming months, as I work in the area. I’m looking to rent for 6-12 months, and am flexible with rent cost as well. I have a cosigner and 2 girl indoor cats who are both vaccinated + well-behaved. I want to use this time while I prepare to move to both meet and become comfortable with whomever I & my kitties will be staying with. I am not a demanding/loud person and I prefer the house to be clean and quiet most times. I like to go out, but I’m not always a party guy! FYI– I smoke cannabis medicinally for a health condition, and am happy to accommodate and discuss where needed. Please do not be shy, reach out if you are interested and let’s talk. :)
