Hello. Looking to rent a room.. An ideal roommate is clean, neat, considerate of space, boundaries, and noise. A working adult. The ideal roommate would not mind visitors or sleepovers once in a while (not all the time). I work full time so I have a routine. Roommates must be respectful of it, as I for yours. I’m nice and pretty laid back but with boundaries. Huge pet peeve: someone who doesn’t deep CLEAN. We’d alternate but you have to know to pick up after yourself (kitchen & bathroom). Preferrably looking in Orange County.
