Hi, I’m Tracy and I’m seeking a large unfurnished room for rent that comes with hardwood floors and adequate closet space. My biggest joy is walking daily so i’m looking for a home in a safe and walkable neighborhood that also includes a fenced back yard. He is ‘Ranger,’ a well socialized, trained and sweet pup who’ shared a home up until now with another dog and he is praised and complimented for his impeccable mannerisms and friendliness, both in private and in public.

I’m a pleasant and respectful female with a daily organic lifestyle who is very clean, responsible, trustworthy and I value quiet and peacefuI serenity. I’ve recently moved from a shared home of 4 years and my prior home for 20 years was located in a leafy, historic area of Westwood, Los Angeles. I am comfortable sharing a home with another female only. I do not consume alcohol or drugs of any kind.
