I’m looking for a room to share a place with. I’m very clean and don’t care for drama. I’m 60 years old and disabled but still willing to do my part on keeping the place clean. I do smoke cigarettes but I do it outside. Drink on occasions but nothing overboard. I’m very friendly and get along with most people. I’m able to pay the $400. now and make up the difference next month. Cus I just paid my rent where I’m at and realized that was a mistake due to the fact that things turned out differently than I was told. And need to move asap. So I can pay up to $400. Bills included. I’m hoping that someone is willing to give me chance and work with me. I’d be willing to sign any paperwork necessary.
