Hi! My name is Lucas, I’m 21 years old and I’m from Brazil.

I’ll be moving to the Morrisville/RTP area from May 17th until August 7th for a professional internship at Athletic Lab. I’m a final-year Physical Education student and I work as a personal trainer back home.

I’m responsible, organized, clean, and very focused on my routine. I train regularly (running and strength training), don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’m not a party-type person. Most of my time will be spent working, training, and studying.

I’m specifically looking for a private bedroom with a private bathroom during this period, and your place seems like a great fit in terms of location and environment.

Since I’ll only be staying for the summer, I’m a low-risk tenant with a fixed departure date. I’d be happy to provide any additional information about myself if needed.
