I am a responsible, respectful, and easygoing tenant who value a clean and peaceful home environment. I am focused on school, work, and personal growth, so I like to keep the noise low, pay bills on time, and communicate well with others. I am friendly but also respect personal space, and take pride in keeping shared areas tidy and comfortable for everyone. I was in the military years ago & can assure you I have the financial means to pay my share of the bills.
