Looking for a place around October 26’. Hey there, my name’s Jaden. im a pretty eccentric guy who’s fairly clean, fairly quiet, and chill. In my free time I like to do standup comedy, hangout with my girlfriend, go out, and do random shit. Im not a total newbie to roomie situations and will consistently pay my rent. I don’t mind instruments, I don’t mind if you smoke. I dont really know what to put here, but I will write some pros and cons: Pros: Nice, chill clean no drama pretty consistent with my routine (easy to plan around me if that’s how you like to do things) Cons: Not only do I like to go out, but I’ll also be working sometimes quite late hours if it’s the weekend. I do DoorDash on the side so sometimes that can last till quite late. Obviously, ill be respectful of noise and things like that, but ill probably be semi consistently coming in late and getting up early and doing stuff. If that’s not a roommate you can live with, so be it.
