I am a non-smoker, and I do not any type of drugs. I don’t drink often but I will drink socially. I am quiet, clean, and easy-going. I am very friendly, and can get along with anyone.

I have never been evicted or had any problems with landlords or property management, and I’ve never been arrested. I am also a notary public and have to get a background check every four years, so, I definitely have a clean background.

I work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm, and I have been there for eight years.

I am looking for an unfurnished room with a private bathroom in Temecula (preferably south Temecula). I will consider other close areas as well.

I love dogs, but unfortunately, I am very allergic to cats, so I won’t be able to live in a house with any cats.

I would like to move in as soon as possible. My ideal rent would be $1000, and I am looking to stay somewhere for awhile, I’m not looking for a short-term rental.
