Hey everyone! I’m a 20-year-old guy looking for a private room to rent around the Winter Haven, Auburndale, or Lake Alfred area. My budget is up to $500/month (utilities included). ​I’m pretty chill, clean, and very respectful of personal space. I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or do drugs. I’m very reserved, value my privacy, and I’m not looking for any relationships. ​I work locally and stay busy. When I’m home, I keep to myself—I’m big into PC gaming, VR, and hitting the gym. I also play music, but I only like to play by myself in my room (never with people around) and I use headphones so I won’t bother anyone.
