Hi, I’m Emmy! I recently relocated from the West Coast and am looking for a comfortable, stable place to settle while I get established in the area. I hold both a BA and MS, along with a professional teaching certification, and currently work remotely, so I have stable and ongoing employment. I’m a quiet, considerate, and responsible person who enjoys a calm home environment. I tend to keep to myself and live a pretty low-key lifestyle with quiet hobbies. I’m very clean and organized in my personal space and am happy to follow a cleaning schedule for shared areas to keep things comfortable for everyone. I don’t plan to host guests, and I’m mindful of noise levels. The only regular sound would be normal conversation while teaching online, which can occasionally run as late as 10pm. I value open communication and mutual respect in a shared living space. I take my responsibilities seriously, including paying rent on time, and I’m always open to discussing anything that helps maintain a positive household dynamic.
