Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to join me when my current lease is up at the end of May. My current roommate is moving out and we can either reapply at my current condo in Mission Viejo or find a new place together. I’m flexible on rent (I’m currently paying $1,500 per month at my current place).

A little about me: I’m 38, I work full time at a non-profit and spend my free time listening to records, watching movies, and enjoying nature.

I have a senior cat and he’s super friendly, but he gets stressed with other animals, so I’d prefer no more pets. He might be able to make it work with another mellow senior kitty, so I’m open to chatting about it.
