I have a small quiet very well behaved dog. I tend to stay home quietly in my room reading or watching tv. I like to do simple cooking for myself. I’d like to stay in or near the Sacramento area. I hate moving so I’d like to be able to stay long-term. My rent is never late. My present landlord wants me out no fault of mine, he just has other plans. He is actually giving me two months free rent to save for my move.
